🔹 Vacancy Overview

BHEL is recruiting 515 Artisans (Grade-IV) across multiple units in India.

Trade-wise Vacancies:

• Fitter – 176
• Welder – 97
• Turner – 51
• Machinist – 104
• Electrician – 65
• Electronics Mechanic – 18
• Foundryman – 4

📍 Units include Ranipet, Visakhapatnam, Varanasi, Bengaluru, Jagdishpur, Haridwar, Hyderabad, Bhopal, Jhansi, and Tiruchirappalli.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Education:
  • Class 10th + ITI/NTC + NAC in relevant trade
  • Minimum 60% (Gen/OBC) & 55% (SC/ST) in both ITI/NTC and NAC
• Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025):
  • UR/EWS – 27 years
  • OBC (NCL) – 30 years
  • SC/ST – 32 years
  • Additional relaxations for PwD, Ex-Servicemen & J&K domiciles

🔹 Pay & Benefits

• Initial one-year temporary appointment with consolidated wages (as per unit).
• On successful completion → Regular Artisan Grade-IV position with pay scale:
  ₹29,500 – ₹65,000 + allowances 💰

🔹 Selection Process

1. Computer Based Test (CBE) – Objective exam (100 marks)
2. Skill Test & Document Verification – Qualifying stage

👉 Final selection will be based on CBE scores.

✨ Special Preference: Best/Runner-up Apprentices from All India Skill Competitions will get direct skill test entry (no CBE).
